Monday mornings: 7:30 - 8:45 am (no class Monday 9/6) Tuesday evenings: 6:30 - 7:45 pm (no class Tuesday 9/7) Friday mornings: 10:00 - 11:15 am (no classes Friday 9/3 and 9/10) $10 per class or 6 classes for $50 Everyone Welcome! Monthly Body Mind Practice Elfin Forest Qigong Studio Escondido, California Friday mornings: 11:30 to 12:45am (Future dates to be announced) $15 per class, Please RSVP. To deepen your practice, you may attend this class and the 10am class also on Friday mornings. These classes will be primarily practice with minimal instruction. Second Sundays - Free Class ﾠ9am - 10:15am ﾠ (Future dates to be announced) Elfin Forest Qigong Studio Escondido, California Please join us on the second Sunday of each month during the summer for a free class where we can practice and enjoy creating more wellness together.
