This can enable us to discover and fuse with the infinite creative power of the universe that ultimately is the origin of love, compassion and the source of all healing. Zhineng Qigong Qigong practice is easy, simple and yet a profound method to relax into a natural state of health and vitality.ᅠᅠUsing gentle movements, intention, guided visualizations, and sound, many health benefits can be achieved. These include: reduced stress and deep relaxation, which helps open energy pathways, improving overall physical and emotional health; increased oxygen in the blood which nourishes cells, tissues, organs, and muscles; increased capacity for learning and sharper mental functions; and improved stamina, posture, and balance. Wellness is increased, you feel good!
Qigong is considered easier to learn than Tai Chi; however, they both cultivate energy and produce many of the same health benefits. Zhineng Qigong is suitable for everyone, of all ages. It is practiced either standing or seated. Zhineng Qigong: Among the many styles of qigong, this is one of the most powerful. It was created by Dr. Pang Ming, an extraordinary qigong Grandmaster. By combining his profound knowledge of Chinese medicine with modern science, he helped revive the ancient Chinese internal cultivation of qigong as a healing art, as well as a modern science of body-mind. He founded the largest medicine-less hospital in China, where Zhineng Qigong has been used to study mind-body science and its applications to self-healing. Theᅠ Zhineng Qigong Centerᅠ treated more than 200,000 patients with over 185 diseases with an overall success rate of 95%. Currently over 10 million people practice Zhineng Qigong worldwide.
Practices Includes: Lift Qi Up and Pour Qi Down:ᅠ25 minutes of gentle body movements synchronized with meditative visualization to open blockages and promote the exchange of internal and external qi. Three Centers Merge Standing Method:ᅠFor proper alignment of body and centering of the mind, this powerful posture is designed to root the body into the earth, connect the three main meridians and collect qi in the center of the body. The method can quickly strengthen the body and balance energy. La Qi:ᅠWhile using simple movements of opening and closing the hands, the mind visualizes the expansion and contraction of qi in the rhythm of life regeneration. It is a simple yet powerful way to gather universal energy - external qi. Wall Squats:ᅠUsing gentle up and down (squatting) movements while facing a wall, this practice corrects spinal structure and relaxes the whole body. A very effective method for stress reduction.
"After practicing Zhineng Qigong for 4+ years my health has improved a lot!ᅠThe dust, pollen and mold allergies I suffered from for 25 years have almost completely disappeared.ᅠWithin the past two years I have only taken allergy medication a few times and this is a great improvement. I am about 50 pounds lighter and my blood sugar and cholesterol are lower. My talking mind has fewer random and annoying thoughts--there are fewer thoughts in general and the spaces between them are longer, my mind is more calm.ᅠ I used to be really tired by late afternoon and now I have enough energy to get through the day and my mood is more even."
